LEO is an application within the Conferience platform, designed to amplify employees’ voices and encourage cultural participation. Users can share experiences, thoughts, and stories, contributing to internal cohesion and the evolution of the organization’s culture.

2. Access to the Application

LEO does not require account creation or login. Access is provided through company activation and usage within the Conferience environment. Use is optional and based on voluntary participation by employees.

3. User Content

Content created through LEO (stories, comments, experiences) remains the intellectual property of its creator. By submitting content, the user accepts that it may be utilized by the company for internal communication, training, or culture-building purposes, in accordance with the privacy policy.

4. Privacy & Data

LEO operates in accordance with Conferience’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. No personal login or identification data is collected.

5. Acceptable Use

The use of LEO for offensive, misleading, or illegal content is prohibited. The company reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or poses a risk to the security and integrity of the platform.

6. Modifications

These terms may be modified. Changes will be communicated within the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
